Permission - Marketing

Successful e-mail marketing is distinguished through the fact that the e-mails are desired by the recipient and furthermore will be delivered reliably.


The shipping of mailings and newsletters in both the private as well as in the commercial sector is, in line with established legislation, permitted and feasible only with prior consent of the receiver. For this reason we pay special attention to the permission management – a fact you benefit from immensely.


  • the evaluation of all relevant processes and documents with respect to the completeness and legal certainty – ranging from the privacy notice on data protection, consent of the recipient, unsubscribe functions and the imprint up to dealing with personal data.
  • in the development of changes and amendment proposals.
  • the clarification of legal competition issues (e.g. written warnings)

The necessary and explicit consent of the recipient of e-mail advertising is, in line with established legislation (see §7 para. 2, 3 UWG), only granted when given by the account to which later the advertising mail is delivered. This is accomplished by an additional confirmation of the subscription to the newsletter from the customer (double opt-In) via a confirmation link.
